My diagnosis story
I had breathing issues from the time I was 9. I had my ups and downs. In my late teens, I was told I had Bronchiectasis. In my late 30s, I would wake up each morning and cough for at least 2 hours. I met my future wife and as we were trying to start a family, my urologist noticed I didn’t have a vas deferens. Long story short, I had genetic testing done and it was confirmed. I have CF. I am getting the treatment I need and I have 6-year-old twin boys. I was diagnosed at 41.
