What Helps Me Relax

When cystic fibrosis or other things in life get overwhelming, it helps me to do something creative or calming like crocheting while watching a favorite show, coloring, watercolor painting, bracelet making, etc. It’s especially helpful and enjoyable to do those things with my twin sister who also has CF.
It’s a great way to relax and also spend time together. Taking walks outside or sitting in the sun are also helpful, as nature is so refreshing.
