Does My Husband Have Atypical CF?

Does anyone have any experience with atypical cystic fibrosis diagnosed in their late 20s? My husband was recently diagnosed. He has cbavd, major polyp sinus issues (two sinus surgeries in one year as they immediately grow back) and slight pancreatic issues. I know each situation is different but I wonder if anyone else started off this way and where did it all lead? We’ve accepted the infertility but I worry about where this could go down line.
