Vibrating Mesh Nebulizers & Hypertonic Saline?

Howdy. I've been trying to find info from CFers regarding using these vibrating mesh nebulizers with Hypertonic Saline (7%). Anyone use these or have knowledge on which ones work/don't work it? I've heard that one in particular (PocketNeb) works with it, but I am still not sure. Anyone in the know on these? Thanks!
